TOCM District Leadership Workshop Series

Teachers of Color Matter provides executive level leadership workshops for both district and school level administration. Five workshop themes and objectives were developed in service of teachers of color and their retention. TOCM workshops are for school leaders who want to support teacher of color retention at the district level. We’ll explore key strategies including co-creating a shared vision and strategic retention plan. We’ll create and maintain critical leadership groups district-wide and use operating frameworks grounded in shared leadership, teacher development, and culturally responsive practices. Finally, we’ll decide on which district TOC moves are best suited for your specific district context.
