Affirmation Cards (ENG)
This is a deck of 40 affirmations designed exclusively for teachers of color. The cards have a teachers of color affirmation on one side and the Teachers of Color Matter logo on the back. Each deck comes in a light blue tuck box with the Teachers of Color Matter logo located on the front. Each card is 3.5 X 3.5 and is printed with a gloss matte finish.

Affirmation Cards (SPAN)
This is a deck of 47 Spanish (seven more than the original English version!) affirmations designed exclusively for teachers of color that identify as Spanish Language speakers and teachers. TOCM went to great lengths during the BETA phase to get input from community members and bilingual educators. In place of masculine and feminine o/a, the consumer will notice a "heart" indicated in its place. TOCM strives to be inclusive of all identities: male, female, and non-binary. The strategic placement of the heart serves this purpose.

Clap for Yourself: Five Minute Reflection for Teachers of Color is a journal designed to support Teachers of Color in prioritizing their mental health and wellness. This journal is to be used in five-minute increments; Monday through Friday. The consumer will find daily templates, lined pages, and inspirational quotes and messages written by Dr. Michel.
Each writing prompt and every section within the daily templates are intentional. The prompts and exercises are based on research regarding teachers of color and mental health, mental health strategies, and Dr. Michel's own personal experience.

Like all of TOCM wellness resources, The Think Big; Start Small Playbook was designed with teachers of color in mind. It encourages us to dream big, it compartmentalizes the overwhelm that can sometimes happen for teachers and it celebrates the small wins we achieve towards our goals and dreams. It is in many ways a master to-do list, but it has the added twist of inspiring you to focus on what is going right, what you have completed, and the vision you want to have for your life and those you love.
